Circle Partners announces appointment Head of North Asia Alternative Investments to bolster fund services business
We are a leading independent fund administrator, and for already 20 years we have been delivering best practice fund administration services to our clients.
Our experienced team of professionals deliver a range of integrated services, which combined with our customized approach to client service have earned us a reputation as a favored provider of fund administration services.
Our clients are managers of onshore and offshore funds across a wide range of asset classes, including both traditional and alternative investments. In addition to providing fund administration services to established fund managers, we have increasingly become a one-stop-shop for new fund launches, advising and assisting investment managers in the crucial pre- and post-launch phases.
How we work
Our client service model is hands-on, providing clients with dedicated teams who are responsive, accessible and deliver a proactive service. We are not prescriptive in our approach. We take a flexible approach to services delivery, tailoring our service solutions to the specific needs of the individual client. The success of this approach is evidenced by the strength and longevity of our client relationships.
With a staff of more than 100 people divided over offices in different time zones, we offer a boutique style service approach and combine our local presence with a global reach. Our clients appreciate the direct lines of communication with staff, management and principals alike.
It is these qualities that have contributed toward the long-term relationships we continue to nurture; building partnerships is where we excel. Our independence means we work with only one end in mind – the best interests of our clients.
Our fund services operations are all ISAE 3402 certified and several companies in our group are subject to supervision. Regulatory bodies include the Central Bank of the Netherlands, the Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financiére in Luxembourg.
