We assist in setting up the fund structure in the appropriate jurisdiction and in selecting an auditor, bank, broker and custodian. We help prepare and review a fund’s offer documents and agreements and initiate opening of all accounts.
After set-up we provide accounting, administration, corporate and shareholder support services, including back-office functions and communication with investors.
We capture transactions, reconcile bank and broker statements, make accruals for receivables and payables and calculate fees and net asset values.
