Corporate governance

At Circle Partners we deliver professional, courteous and prompt services to our clients, while adhering to the highest ethical standards of good governance and business ethics. All our employees are well informed about and subscribe to our Code of Conduct, which strongly reflects our core values of integrity and mutual respect. Being a good corporate citizen is very important to us and goes beyond our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our corporate responsibility impacts our clients, investors, our people and the communities in which we operate. Examples of our commitment are maintaining health, safety and security management systems; internal control procedures such as ISAE 3402 accreditation and anti-money laundering compliance measures; compliance with labour and environmental standards and having an active participation in charity and community projects.

We are aware that conflicts of interest may arise in certain situations between stakeholders, and we aim to deal with these in an effective and transparent manner. We will refrain from engaging with clients whose business practices or ethical standards may have a negative impact on Circle Partners, its directors, staff members or clients. Annual statutory accounts are prepared for all companies in the group and are subject to an audit by an external firm of public accountants.
